📋 Description

• Ship features across the product by understanding problems, making decisions, building solutions, and owning outcomes • Work on a small, high-ownership, cross-functional team • Ship to production in the first week • Own a significant initiative in the first month • Build AI-powered features across the product • Improve engineering practices and product development across the stack • Fix obstacles and execute independently • Contribute across Platform, Harness, or Runneth engineering teams based on company needs and individual impact

🎯 Requirements

• Technical founder, co-founder, or one of the first engineers at a startup • Personally wrote a meaningful share of the code recently • Years of shipping product, ideally in a small team with ownership of outcomes • Ability to explain architecture, technical decisions, tradeoffs, and system design clearly • Comfortable building without a specification • Experience working as an individual contributor • Willingness to work in a chaotic, fast-changing environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity • Comfortable using and building with AI, including agentic coding • Experience with React, Node.js with Express, TypeScript, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Azure
