📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic and tactical business partner to sales and support functions to facilitate deal composition and approvals • Manage exception escalation, historical account overviews, pre-sales objection handling, and account management support • Make quantitative and qualitative recommendations to executive management on deal structures and approvals • Ensure timely and accurate deal execution throughout the sales cycle • Evaluate discounts, approval policies, and adherence to revenue recognition rules • Act as the deal’s internal quarterback to resolve terms and conditions, order processing, and order management issues • Optimize and manage the deal pipeline • Ensure Sales follows Deal Desk guidelines and continuously revise processes to streamline the sales experience • Apply multidisciplinary understanding of Motive’s business to analysis and execution

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Deal Desk or operations experience at high-growth technology companies • Experience in go-to-market functions such as sales, marketing, or customer success • Recent experience working on complex, non-standard deals within Enterprise and Strategic segments • Expert proficiency in Salesforce • Familiarity with Public Sector business norms • Tableau experience is a plus • Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills • Ability to work in ambiguous environments under tight and unpredictable timelines • Ability to navigate large, complex organizations and build relationships across functions • Remote work restricted to PT/MT zones, with ability to work with Pacific Time overlap • Applicant must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations • Individual contributor role
