📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand priorities, define position profiles, calibrate requirements, and develop search strategies • Own full-cycle recruiting across Tech and G&A, including research, sourcing, outreach, scheduling, screening, interview management, offer negotiation, and closing • Recruit for Engineering, Product, Data, Finance, People, Legal, Operations, and other business-critical teams • Manage multiple requisitions, hiring timelines, skill sets, and stakeholder needs • Build and maintain passive-talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GEM, networking, referrals, AI, and market mapping • Provide hiring managers with updates, market insights, candidate feedback, and search-strategy recommendations • Help develop consistent, structured, and effective interview practices • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through communication, follow-up, preparation, and care • Use recruiting data, ATS insights, and market intelligence to measure progress, identify bottlenecks, and guide decisions • Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse and uphold recruiting process and data-quality standards • Partner with Talent, People, Finance, and business leaders to support hiring needs and improve recruiting processes • Contribute to a collaborative, supportive, high-performing Talent team

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including recruiting for technical and G&A/business functions • Experience recruiting in a technology, SaaS, startup, or high-growth environment • Strong technical understanding of the current technology landscape • Ability to assess and communicate effectively with technical candidates and stakeholders • Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions with varied requirements, teams, and hiring timelines • Experience using Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system • Strong ATS data hygiene • Proven sourcing expertise, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, passive-candidate engagement, AI utilization, and creative pipeline development • Track record of establishing credibility and trust with hiring managers and senior stakeholders • Strong project management, attention to detail, organization, and follow-through • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach • Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills • Collaborative mindset and interest in building supportive, inclusive, high-performing teams • Flexibility, resilience, and grit in a fast-paced environment • Applicant must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations
