📋 Description

• Design, troubleshoot, and solve challenges within the Oracle EBS suite • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions across Oracle EBS, CPQ, and Oracle Fusion Cloud • Lead technical project delivery and coordinate IT teams and external vendors • Drive the architecture, validation, and deployment lifecycle of Fusion Cloud modules • Learn and evaluate new Oracle Fusion Cloud products and features • Develop a strategic vision and roadmap to migrate Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud • Serve as a subject matter expert and advise product owners and business stakeholders • Use Agile Scrum frameworks to deliver high-impact projects and system improvements • Coordinate implementation, operations, and project deliverables with vendors and business leads • Improve development, CI/CD, and procedures for Oracle EBS/CPQ • Lead and inspire the team in an agile and innovative culture • Communicate risks and issues to leadership and recommend solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree with 8+ years of professional work experience in IT • 5+ years of experience leading Oracle EBS projects • 3+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion migration projects • Proven track record of designing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving within the Oracle EBS suite • Experience with Oracle EBS, CPQ, and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications • Proficiency in Agile Scrum frameworks • Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with business contacts, IT developers, and external partners • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to communicate with business and technical audiences • Detail-oriented, proactive, independent thinking, and problem-solving ability • Ability to think strategically and suggest creative solutions • Passion for customer satisfaction, evolving technology, automation, and AI capabilities
