📋 Description

• Manage implementation projects for primarily large and complex strategic customer engagements • Support client stakeholders across organizational levels and coordinate implementation activities • Manage project scope, schedules, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies • Develop understanding of RapidDeploy products to support deployment, training, and onboarding • Configure RapidDeploy products to customer needs • Contribute to onboarding, training, acceptance testing, and change management • Create internal and external documentation and presentations • Coordinate with Product Management on customer feedback and feature requests • Contribute to RFP responses, SOW creation, and other sales activities • Support the vision and mission of RapidDeploy • Travel throughout the West region, approximately 20%, for project sites, client meetings, and company events

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Project and/or Program Management leading complex, strategic technology projects in a client-facing role • Basic requirement of 3+ years in Project and/or Program Management • Hands-on experience managing multiple simultaneous customer implementations in a multi-stakeholder environment • Experience leading cross-functional projects with product, engineering, QA, customer success, and other internal groups • Experience creating and managing project schedules with complex dependencies • Experience analyzing customer needs and workflows and configuring software applications • Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban • Experience using modern Project Management tools • Experience managing Enterprise SaaS deployments preferred • Experience serving the Public Safety industry, including software deployment projects for PSAPs, preferred • Knowledge of Public Safety technologies, market landscape, and industry players preferred • Background in configuring and deploying public safety software preferred • Willingness to travel throughout the West region, approximately 20%
