📋 Description

• Serve as the day-to-day point person and Project Manager for launching new clients • Communicate and collaborate with clients and internal teams throughout implementations • Hold regularly scheduled calls to meet deadlines • Understand clients’ business, data, and program goals • Implement quick and sophisticated use cases to drive measurable and scalable value • Build strong client rapport and earn trust • Design custom technical solutions with developers, engineers, architects, and product owners • Perform platform training and promote best practices and suggested product implementation • Overcome common objections and questions to move launches forward • Drive client success and achievement of goals and KPIs • Configure and thoroughly QA campaigns before launches

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of account, project, or implementation management experience required • Hands-on experience with mobile messaging platforms required • Strong SMS and MMS knowledge essential • Push experience highly valued • Experience with email service providers, cloud-based large data warehousing solutions, data lakes, and ETL processes strongly preferred • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently • Good communication skills and ability to synthesize complex topics for multiple audiences • Proficiency with HTML, JavaScript, APIs, and technologies underpinning the modern web • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies • Attention to detail and strong commitment to quality • Strong technical affinity and ability to quickly learn and use new technologies
