• Answer inbound calls and maintain professionalism with the caller while addressing their complaints and questions. • Follow established work instructions and scripts for calls and documentation. • Provide great customer service and actively manage one-on-one relationships with callers.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be proficient in English and possess excellent oral and written communication. • Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hrs a week • Must possess above basic proficiency with computers and smart phones • Must complete Day Zero Certification self-led trainings, Registration Intake Training, and Helpline Training. • Job requires U.S. citizenship status • Must live in the U.S. • Must be 18 years or older • Must be willing and able to pass a criminal background check and credit check
