📋 Description

• Conduct outreach to community rehabilitation providers, disability service organizations, workforce boards, and other potential Employment Networks • Build and maintain a pipeline supporting a target of up to 30 approved EN applications annually • Guide interested organizations from initial contact through application and approval • Present the program to provider audiences via webinars, conferences, and site visits • Track pipeline activity and report on conversion metrics • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on program requirements, EN responsibilities, and the payment structure

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Minimum five years working with the disability community at a community rehabilitation provider or disability service provider — this is a firm requirement • Demonstrated success building partnerships or provider relationships from outreach through agreement • Strong presentation skills across virtual and in-person settings • Comfort with pipeline tracking, CRM tools, and activity reporting • Established network within the vocational rehabilitation or disability services community • Familiarity with Ticket to Work, Employment Network operations, or SSA work incentives (Nice to Have) • Experience with state VR agencies or WIPA projects (Nice to Have) • Conference presence in the disability employment space (APSE, CSAVR, NDRN) (Nice to Have)
