📋 Description

• Lead the global financial planning and forecasting process, including annual budgeting, quarterly rolling forecasts, and long-range planning • Manage planning calendars, consolidate submissions, validate assumptions, and deliver unified financial plans to leadership and the Board • Drive improvements in forecast accuracy and speed • Own global consolidation and financial close processes, including P&L consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and variance analysis • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles and multiple reporting views, including GAAP, non-GAAP, and management reporting • Prepare quarterly Board packages, financial narratives, investor updates, earnings guidance, long-range guidance, and investor materials • Lead enterprise investment governance and capital allocation frameworks • Model ROI, payback, scenario outcomes, and go/no-go criteria for strategic initiatives • Present investment trade-offs and recommendations to leadership and the Board • Track project ROI realization after close • Build financial models for organic growth, M&A, divestitures, portfolio optimization, and exit-readiness scenarios • Lead acquisition financial due diligence, valuation analysis, transaction modeling, synergy cases, and integration financial plans • Evaluate divestiture opportunities and partner with deal teams on economics and decision frameworks • Monitor debt covenants, liquidity metrics, and financial KPIs; model liquidity under various scenarios and escalate risks • Ensure compliance with GAAP, ASC 606, and other accounting standards • Partner with Accounting and Audit to maintain financial controls and improve reporting systems • Analyze business performance drivers, unit economics, and market trends • Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to executive leadership and business leaders • Report to the Senior Director of Global Strategic Finance and advise executive leadership and the Board

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience • 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including three-statement financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and business analysis • 5+ years of experience in strategic finance or FP&A, with exposure to board-level reporting and executive partnership • PE-backed or growth-stage SaaS experience • Familiarity with sponsor expectations and exit optionality • M&A experience, including transaction modeling, synergy analysis, due diligence, and integration financial planning, strongly preferred • Global and multi-entity experience across geographies, currencies, entities, and accounting standards • Experience with EPM planning tools such as Adaptive Insights, Vena, Hyperion, or Anaplan • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle • Ability to build and maintain sophisticated financial models with audit trails and documentation • Team leadership experience, including leading cross-functional teams, mentoring finance staff, and driving process improvements • Ability to partner effectively with C-suite leaders, board members, and external stakeholders • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • MBA is a plus • CPA is a plus • Technology, Software, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or M&A experience is a strong plus
