📋 Description

• Structure, redline, negotiate, and close commercial agreements, including license, SaaS, partnership, and strategic alliance contracts • Own end-to-end legal support for strategic transactions and act as primary legal contact for high-value customer, vendor, and partner agreements • Assess legal and commercial risk and provide timely, business-focused advice • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, Privacy, Security, Partnership, and Procurement stakeholders • Develop and improve contract templates, playbooks, and supporting documentation • Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments and translate them into actionable guidance • Support dispute resolution • Handle other business needs as they arise • Independently lead strategic transactions and help shape enterprise agreement processes

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school • Active bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction • 3–6 years of experience in commercial contract negotiation • Proven ability to independently lead and close strategic agreements with enterprise customers, vendors, and partners • Deep expertise in technology contract terms, including licensing models, indemnification, limitation of liability, IP ownership, data protection, and privacy provisions • Experience developing and implementing contract playbooks, templates, and negotiation guidelines at scale • Strong business judgment and ability to balance legal risk against commercial objectives • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Management experience preferred
