📋 Description

• Create data visualizations and support advancement of the R&D QA Quality Management System • Manage or lead data generation, metrics/analytics, and associated IT systems • Maintain and advance R&D QA SharePoint Sites • Manage execution of SOP management and training processes • Execute specific Strategy and Operations tasks supporting enterprise and R&D QA priorities • Lead assigned tasks and responsibilities within a team, prioritizing deliverables and producing high-quality work • Contribute to team goals and take initiative to improve skills • Influence, partner, and collaborate with colleagues within and outside the team across R&D • Support departmental operational activities and proactively identify issues • Conduct work in accordance with SOPs, regulations, and company policies/procedures • Support regulatory compliance in R&D QA and partner R&D areas, including GLP, GCP, PV, and Animal Welfare • Collaborate with QA areas and stakeholders to achieve quality goals and apply relevant regulations • Learn and understand regulations, technology, and processes to minimize and mitigate risks • Support “One Quality Voice,” including internal communications and applicable meetings • Support R&D QA and enterprise D&I initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Highschool diploma • Knowledge and/or experience in a relevant field • Proficiency in the primary activities and essential skills required for this role • Proficiency with data analytics tools such as PowerBI and Excel with Pivot Tables • IT skills • Strategic thinking • Project management experience • Leadership experience • Building Partnerships • Decision Making • Meeting Organization • Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI) • Quality Assurance (QA) • US and Puerto Rico residents only • No visa sponsorship • No relocation • No travel required
