📋 Description

• Deliver protocol-specific, manualized interventions for the CARE and/or BBA-OACs research studies • Deliver CARE intervention sessions by telephone to adults age 70 and older experiencing depression or anxiety symptoms • Deliver BBA-OACs intervention sessions via telephone or video conferencing to adults age 65 and older • Maintain communication with the research team regarding participant scheduling and study activities • Follow study-specific intervention manuals and maintain intervention fidelity • Complete case notes and study documentation after each session • Record and securely transfer session recordings according to study procedures • Participate in required trainings and ongoing supervision meetings • Maintain compliance with institutional, state, federal, and study-specific requirements • Report to the Clinical Research Manager • Work approximately 1–5 hours per week, depending on participant availability

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health discipline • Current licensure to practice Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology in California • Experience delivering psychosocial, behavioral, or supportive care interventions preferred • Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is a plus • Ability to commit to the position for at least one year • Maintain all applicable MSK, CITI, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Human Subjects Protection (HSP), and study-specific training requirements • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Good organizational, documentation, and time-management abilities • Attention to detail and commitment to research quality and participant care • Ability to actively engage older adult populations through remote interactions • Experience using videoconferencing platforms, secure file transfer systems, and standard computer applications • Flexibility and adaptability in responding to evolving participant and study needs
