📋 Description

• Structure information and develop integrated reporting • Develop advanced Power BI reports and dashboards • Design complex dimensional data models and semantic models • Optimize performance of large datasets and reports • Develop custom visuals and apply advanced formatting • Extract, transform, and query data using SQL • Create calculated columns, measures, and time intelligence using DAX • Transform data using M language and Power Query • Translate business requirements into technical solutions • Gather requirements and manage stakeholders • Develop and maintain C# and ASP.NET Core microservices • Design asynchronous programs and RESTful APIs using ORM frameworks • Engineer Microsoft SQL Server databases, stored procedures, indexes, schemas, and migrations • Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration • Configure and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines • Support production applications, analyze logs, debug issues, and resolve runtime bottlenecks • Build or maintain user-facing UIs with modern JavaScript and React • Document APIs with OpenAPI/Swagger and write automated unit/integration tests • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume documentation environment

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years related-work experience • Strong communication skills – written and verbal • Good analytical and planning skills • Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of Software with strong knowledge of Access, Excel and Power BI • General understanding of project scheduling software Primavera P6 • Self-starter; creates solutions/alternatives; anticipates; acts on facts • Deals with conflict successfully • Must have good attention to details • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Good working ethics and ability to treat documents with confidentiality • Ability to work effectively within a team setting and to provide leadership when required to do so • Customer Focused - dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of all customers • Advanced Power BI report and dashboard development (3+ years experience) • Complex dimensional data modelling and semantic model design • Performance optimization of large datasets and reports • Custom visual development and advanced formatting • Expert-level SQL for data extraction, transformation, and complex queries • Advanced DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for calculated columns, measures, and time intelligence • M language proficiency for Power Query data transformations • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Stakeholder management and requirement gathering experience • Proven experience developing and maintaining microservices using C# and ASP.NET Core, including asynchronous programming, RESTful API design, and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework / EF Core) • Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including writing complex queries, authoring and optimizing stored procedures, index tuning, and managing schema design/migrations • Solid foundational knowledge of containerization concepts using Docker, along with hands-on experience or working familiarity with Kubernetes deployment, pod management, and service configurations • Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining automated continuous integration and deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions • Strong diagnostic and debugging skills to support production environments, analyze logs, and resolve runtime bottlenecks across microservice architectures • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate), UI/UX development, cloud data platforms, project management, modern JavaScript (ES6+) and React, OpenAPI/Swagger, and automated unit/integration testing (e.g., xUnit, NUnit, Postman)
