📋 Description

• Carry out on-site and remote assignments for dealerships, authorized repairers, and technical centers across Europe • Reduce vehicle downtime and case backlogs • Diagnose and resolve complex technical incidents, particularly involving electrical systems, electronics, and multiplexing • Analyze individual and systemic malfunctions and implement containment and corrective actions • Use manufacturer tools to perform guided diagnostics, software updates, reprogramming, and configuration • Interpret wiring diagrams, repair manuals, and technical bulletins to identify root causes • Produce technical reports, incident summaries, and action plans • Present analyses to engineering, quality, and after-sales teams • Contribute to case management, escalations, and closures in line with KPIs and service levels • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams at the repair location • Provide on-site training and knowledge transfer to technicians • Capture recurring issues and lessons learned in knowledge bases • Comply with safety regulations and manage costs effectively • Manage tools, equipment, and mission logistics, as well as case tracking, time recording, and priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in the automotive sector, within technical support, diagnostics, dealership workshops, field service, or manufacturer/importer technical assistance • Strong field experience resolving complex electrical/electronic faults and vehicle operating issues using manufacturer diagnostic platforms • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and providing support across multiple sites or markets • Experience with technical documentation, case reporting, and technician support/training • Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of modern automotive systems, including ADAS, body electronics, CAN/LIN/FlexRay networks, and high-voltage systems where applicable • Good command of diagnostic methodologies, including fault-tree analysis, root-cause analysis, guided diagnostics, calibration, and software updates • Ability to read, understand, and apply wiring diagrams, repair procedures, and manufacturer technical documentation • Good knowledge of after-sales processes and associated performance indicators • Excellent written and spoken English • Proficiency with manufacturer diagnostic tools and equipment, particularly wiTECH POD and DiagBOX VCI • Skills in ECU programming, coding, and configuration, software updates, and access to secure gateways • Advanced use of multimeters, oscilloscopes, and measurement equipment • Ability to interpret and troubleshoot wiring diagrams and network communications • Excellent technical writing skills • Comfortable using standard IT tools, remote support platforms, ticketing/case management tools, and MS Office or equivalent • Ability to work independently in the field and manage priorities, cases, tools, and equipment
