📋 Description

• Assist the Title Manager and Director of Title Operations with coordinating Title Review and Title Curative processes across all states in which the Firm practices • Confer with clients, attorneys, reporting staff, and other Firm departments during the foreclosure process • Ensure reporting team members' actions are properly documented and recorded while adhering to state foreclosure timelines • Oversee title processes during foreclosure actions from referral through foreclosure sale • Ensure adherence to client, state, and federal requirements • Enter and track legal documents throughout the review process • Complete client system steps and email updates, including daily monitoring of assigned and team workloads • Communicate with attorneys and processors to update files in title review and/or title curative processes • Handle special projects and client-required reporting • Ensure case management files document actions taken, correspondence, and explanations of delays • Monitor and quality-control documents merged by the Title Department for accuracy and compliance with quality assurance standards • Distribute and monitor daily workloads to maintain the Firm SLA • Identify file delays and facilitate progress to preserve client timelines and minimize financial losses

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership skills and experience leading a team of 3–5 people • Working knowledge of multistate Title and Foreclosure law and terminology • Excellent professional communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality • Strong work and business ethics • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team player • Effective problem-solving skills • Attention to detail • Working knowledge of client systems including Black Knight/LPS and Tempo • Proficiency with case management systems CaseAware and Perfect Practice, including thorough file documentation and completion of daily steps • Successful completion of a background check • Two professional references • Eligibility to work in the United States • Successful completion of required pre-employment screening; criminal and/or credit history checks may apply
