• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities • Increase complexity of tasks as skills progress • Manage 60 - 80 calls a day, with higher volumes on Mondays

🎯 Requirements

• Must currently reside in Minnesota • 1 year of Call Center experience • 6 months Customer Service experience • Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills • High speed Internet access such as Cable, DSL or Fiber • A quiet space within the home free of distractions
