📋 Description

• Oversee multiple heavy civil construction projects, including roadway, utilities, stormwater, grading, and site development • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to contract specifications and quality standards • Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation • Monitor project performance and address risks and challenges • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control processes • Ensure accurate billing • Identify opportunities to improve project profitability • Interpret and manage contracts, plans, specifications, and public agency requirements • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations • Serve as primary contact for owners, municipalities, and public agencies • Build and maintain client relationships • Participate in progress meetings, presentations, and communications • Use InEight project management software to manage project production and budgets

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction methods, sequencing, and logistics • Proficiency in cost control systems and construction management software • Deep understanding of public contracts, specifications, and compliance requirements • 3 years of experience working on public contracts • 3 years of experience creating/managing schedules • Ability to lead multiple teams and complex projects simultaneously • Proven experience with scheduling software, including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
