📋 Description

• Create high-quality motion graphics, graphic design, and video content for social media • Edit short-form videos, reels, stories, ads, interviews, event footage, and branded content • Turn raw footage into polished, engaging social-first videos • Animate static designs, key visuals, typography, illustrations, and campaign assets • Create content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Telegram, and other digital channels • Adapt content across multiple brands, industries, platforms, formats, and dimensions • Add subtitles, sound design, music, transitions, effects, and other post-production elements • Work with Social Media Managers to translate trends, briefs, and creative ideas into content • Create fast-turnaround reactive and trend-based social content • Ensure strong hooks, pacing, storytelling, readability, and mobile-first execution • Manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously • Stay current with social media, video editing, motion design, and AI creative trends

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Motion Design • Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating both motion design and video editing • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro • Strong knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator • Excellent understanding of animation, typography, composition, editing, pacing, and visual storytelling • Strong understanding of short-form and social-first video • Experience editing different types of footage and content • Ability to work across very different brands and visual identities • Ability to take ownership of projects from brief through final delivery • Comfortable working independently in a remote contractor environment • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management • Experience using AI tools for creative ideation, editing, or production • Experience in entertainment, gaming, sports, lifestyle, or other fast-moving consumer industries • Good written and spoken English • Portfolio/showreel submission required
