📋 Description

• Travel to customer sites to perform service and customer support. • Diagnose and correct malfunctions on all equipment. • Provide customer training on standard Munters equipment. • Submit detailed field service reports and provide technical feedback on equipment. • Communicate professionally with customers in person, in writing, and by phone. • Promote sales and service on company equipment. • Safely repair, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial and industrial dehumidification equipment. • Work independently and manage competing priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in the commercial or industrial HVAC industry and/or a combination of work experience and the successful completion of HVAC/R vocational school. • Ability to travel extensively 80% and ability to travel via plane. • Able to obtain a CFC Certification within 90days of hire. • Experience with HVAC/Refrigeration systems and components. • PLC (Programmable Logical Controls) highly preferred. • Strong written and verbal communication skills needed. • Basic knowledge of electrical schematics. • HS Diploma or Equivalent. • HVAC school or equivalent. • HVAC/R WITH COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL. • Technical skills or trade school. • EPA Universal/608. • CFC License. • Valid US Driver License. • Must wear required personal protective equipment. • Ability to be away from home for several days at a time. • Willingness to take on-call duties, occasionally work weekends and/or holidays, work outdoors in all weather, work at heights of 6 feet or more, and use required safety equipment and ladder-safety procedures. • All offers are contingent on a pre-employment drug test, background check, and physical as applicable.
