📋 Description

• Own outcomes for new AI experiences from initial idea through proven value • Set AI Workflows strategy with engineering and design counterparts • Identify team workflows where AI adds value across collaboration, alignment, and decision-making • Build working prototypes with modern AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, and Codex • Test ideas with users before committing further investment • Define release hypotheses and pass/fail criteria; decide whether to iterate, scale, or stop releases • Define product-quality evaluations measuring usefulness, trust, and reliability • Decide with engineering and ML when to use, route, adopt, or build models • Understand workflow service costs and partner with growth and finance on metering and unit value • Establish data loops, including collection, labeling, evaluations, and model work • Design agentic experiences for real multiplayer sessions • Talk with users weekly and incorporate learnings into product work • Align shipping decisions with design, engineering, marketing, sales, legal, and security • Share successful practices across the product organization

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management • Shipped at least one AI product from concept to real users • Recent hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-based products • Technical fluency to design and read evaluations and collaborate with engineers and ML engineers on context management, latency, reliability, and failure modes • Sound judgment comparing models, routing across models, adopting new models, and deciding when fine-tuning or a custom model is worthwhile • Understanding of AI unit economics, cost to serve, usage-based metering, and margin impact of model choices • Record of launching, rebuilding, changing direction, and discontinuing ideas based on evidence • Ability to make high-stakes decisions with incomplete information and articulate tradeoffs • Experience owning outcomes while partnering with engineering and design leaders • Experience creating structure without an established playbook • Experience with collaboration or productivity software • Experience with forward-deployed or customer-embedded product work • Experience with agent interoperability, including MCP • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where currently residing • Must not require employer sponsorship for the work location
