📋 Description

• Own the marketing and product frontend, ensuring it is visually appealing, highly functional, and user-friendly • Implement and maintain new features while improving performance and usability • Set up analytics, collect insights, and use data metrics to guide design and development decisions • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and backend developers to deliver seamless experiences • Troubleshoot and resolve performance and technical issues promptly • Stay current with frontend technologies, tools, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7+ years of experience building customer-facing products, with a proven track record of impactful contributions • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • Strong expertise in modern frontend JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React • Experience with backend libraries such as Ruby on Rails • Attention to detail in UI/UX design and implementation • Understanding of basic marketing concepts and their integration with technology • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines • Experience with responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility • Willingness to work in the US timezone, with flexibility for team collaboration • Excellent command of English, written and verbal • Experience with A/B testing, personalization, or data-driven UI improvements (preferred) • Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques (preferred) • Familiarity with backend integrations and APIs (preferred) • Previous experience in a startup or agile environment (preferred)
