The agency serves brands and Amazon sellers with audits, coaching, and ongoing platform optimization to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.

📋 Description

• Maintain accurate financial records and perform daily bookkeeping tasks, preferably using QuickBooks. • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making. • Handle invoicing, billing, and maintain client and vendor records. • Assist in preparing and filing US tax forms and ensure compliance with tax regulations. • Support audits and uphold adherence to accounting standards and company policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 1 year of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software • Solid understanding of US taxation basics (e.g., 1099, sales tax • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Experience supporting audits and ensuring financial compliance • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM) • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
