📋 Description

• Provide full-spectrum financial counseling and education • Coach members on budgeting, debt, credit, homebuying, student loans, and related financial topics • Put anxious members at ease over the phone and during video sessions • Build vibrant and encouraging relationships with members • Lead clients to invest in an ongoing financial coaching relationship • Make financial concepts easy to understand • Research complex issues to develop innovative strategies • Take detailed notes while multitasking in a fast-paced environment • Inspire behaviors and financial habits that support members' long-term financial well-being • Participate in comprehensive training and continuous professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual candidates preferred • Available to work two evenings per week • 5+ years' experience in a relevant consumer finance arena • Motivational skills to inspire behavioral change around personal financial habits • Proven track record persuading clients to engage in value-added services and solutions • Superlative listening skills that lead you to empathy and understanding • Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience • A high level of comfort with computers, software, and technology • An openness to a culture of continuous development • A passion for helping people in need • Must pass a standard background check • Must submit to and pass a drug test
