📋 Description

• Own accountability for ensuring NetSuite delivers what the business needs • Gather expectations across functions and assess whether NetSuite is meeting them • Set and manage the prioritized roadmap and backlog • Lead the ERP stabilization program end to end, including through high season • Manage vendors, partners, governance, and budget • Select and manage managed-services partners and make build-versus-buy decisions • Develop and lead onboarding for business functions not yet on NetSuite • Own change control for changes affecting financial statements or closed periods • Decide whether to reopen closed months • Run daily syncs with the NetSuite Specialist and weekly cross-role syncs • Ensure operational knowledge is documented in runbooks

🎯 Requirements

• Personally owned an ERP stabilization or post-implementation cleanup end to end, with a demonstrable outcome • Experience holding authority over vendors and budget • Experience making build-versus-buy decisions • Deep NetSuite finance and month-end close expertise • Knowledge of revenue recognition and deferred revenue • Knowledge of COGS and inventory costing • Knowledge of bank reconciliation • Knowledge of multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation • Ability to adjudicate booking disputes and closed-period reopening decisions • Working knowledge of inventory and supply chain, order-to-cash, and subscription revenue • Experience managing senior stakeholders and enforcing prioritization decisions • Experience in consumer products, e-commerce, or hardware • Experience carrying a system through peak season without regression • Around 8+ years of experience, including several years owning or leading a system, program, or team • Fluent working English • Nice to have: hands-on familiarity with NetSuite OneWorld multi-subsidiary, multi-currency • Nice to have: product management background or manager experience at a Big Four or comparable firm
