📋 Description

• Translate complex questions into data-driven analyses to support informed leadership decisions • Structure and guide financial modeling efforts that drive strategic recommendations • Build and maintain collaborative relationships across portfolio companies and private equity firms • Transform data into leadership-ready information using Excel and data visualization tools • Develop executive-level presentations to communicate recommendations and achieve consensus • Lead budgeting, monthly forecasting, and variance analysis processes • Prepare monthly performance reports, financial analyses, and historical trend evaluations • Improve the efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of forecasting and close processes • Provide business intelligence using financial results and key performance indicators • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational efficiency reports • Assist with process improvements, cost reduction, automation, and system upgrades • Manage special projects and ad-hoc requests from senior management, including cash flow forecasts, SKU/customer profitability, and operational reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another quantitative field • 5+ years of experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or Public Accounting • Advanced Excel proficiency with the ability to produce dynamic financial models • Thorough understanding of financial statements and three-statement modeling • CPA or CFA designations are a plus • Excellent communication skills • Sense of ownership and accountability
