📋 Description

• Deliver world-class service through online platforms • Engage with customers via chat, phone, and email throughout the online shopping journey • Guide guests from product discovery through purchase and post-sale support • Provide real-time customer support in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment • Enter, track, and update online orders • Explain product knowledge, features, and benefits • Resolve customer problems with empathy and efficiency • Balance multiple chats, calls, and follow-ups while maintaining a positive service attitude • Support omni-channel sales success • Turn customer service interactions into sales

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills • Customer-first approach with a solution-oriented mindset • Ability to handle multiple chat and phone interactions simultaneously • High emotional intelligence and professional tone • Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays • Ability to work a retail schedule • Live chat and digital guest engagement skills • Inbound phone and online sales support skills • Online order entry, tracking, and status update skills • Product knowledge and feature explanation skills • Problem-resolution skills • Metric focus on AOV, NPS, closing ratio, and chat response times • Online chat or virtual sales experience preferred • Background in phone-based sales or customer service preferred • Strong computer literacy and typing accuracy • Familiarity with CRM tools and order management systems, such as BobSuite • Ability to quickly learn new platforms • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
