📋 Description

• Perform personal care, bathing, and hands-on care as assigned • Complete appropriate visit records in a timely manner according to Agency policy • Report changes in the patient’s condition and needs to the RN • Perform household services essential to healthcare in the home as assigned • Ambulate and exercise the patient as assigned • Assist with ordinarily self-administered medications as assigned • Perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, including range-of-motion exercises • Provide personalized and coordinated home healthcare so patients can remain independent at home • Work under the direction, instruction, and supervision of the Registered Nurse

🎯 Requirements

• Must have Certified Home Health Aide credentials in the state of agency operation • Must have current BLS Certification • One Year (1) of Healthcare experience in Healthcare settings such as Home Health, Hospice, or Long Term Care • Access to reliable transportation required • Passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible
