• Provide oversight and support to assigned Therapists, Hope Coaches and Pathfinders • Monitor day-to-day service delivery to youth • Coordinate processes and manage the assigned team • Set clear goals and expectations and provide regular support and feedback • Foster collaboration, innovation, and a supportive team atmosphere among remote team members • Support systemic and individual growth and development • Coach and monitor fidelity to the Science of Hope framework • Promote self-care and continuous quality improvement • Contact referrals within 1 business day • Conduct supervision with each team member twice a month • Assist with case conceptualization and care planning • Conduct monthly audits for regulatory compliance and quality practice • Manage crisis response plans and on-call procedures • Maintain child/youth records and personal data integrity • Ensure staff coverage of the assigned service area • Post positions, interview, onboard, and take disciplinary action • Monitor and maintain team workloads • Attend supervision sessions with the Senior Director as directed • Identify improvement areas and develop solutions • Conduct staff training and competency assessments • Assist with program evaluation and continuous quality improvement • Review and modify program designs as necessary • Support information gathering, referrals, and communication of individual progress • Prepare accurate reports and ensure timely data collection and reporting deadlines • Report regularly on designated areas and progress toward goals • Perform other duties as required
• Master’s degree in an applied mental health field • Minimum of five years of experience in related services • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience • Mississippi clinical license (preferred) or Certified Mental Health Therapist • Demonstrated competence working with families and youth • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English • Must be able to communicate in a therapeutic and professional manner
