📋 Description

• Deliver aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, and laser resurfacing • Provide a consistent guest experience across multiple studios • Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and treatment options • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols • Uphold cleanliness and compliance across treatment environments • Partner with studio teams to drive revenue, rebooking, and retention performance

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) • Active RN license in Iowa • Multi-state licensure is a plus • 1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience, or formal aesthetics training • Flexibility and readiness to move between studios in the assigned area • Personable, confident, and professional presence • Strong organizational and documentation skills • Comfort with EMR platforms and treatment technology • Self-motivation, adaptability, and strong clinical responsibility
