📋 Description

• Drive net-new growth Own mid-market and emerging enterprise pipeline, from prospecting to close. • Close strategic deals Drive $50K–$200K+ ACV sales with 60–120-day cycles. • High-level conversations Run polished discovery, demos, and executive-level discussions. • Become an illumend expert Articulate our AI differentiators clearly and confidently. • Collaborate closely with leadership Work directly with CEO and COO on key accounts and sales strategy. • Bring insights back Share real customer feedback to shape product and GTM.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of SaaS sales success with a consistent track record in mid-market or enterprise • Consultative, relationship-focused seller with strong discovery and negotiation skills • Comfortable navigating migrations, renewals, and multi-stakeholder buying groups • Strong communicator & presenter; polished with executives • Interest in AI and its business value • Bonus: experience in compliance, risk, insurtech, procurement, or legal tech
