📋 Description

• Own the Euka platform end to end, including CRM, segments, automations, and creator activation • Review creator videos in Discord and provide specific, useful feedback • Build and grow an active, organised Discord community • Plan and run affiliate contests tied to product launches and campaigns • Manage retainer and ambassador programmes from start to finish • Connect Euka data and Discord conversations so both systems work together • Run coaching calls with creators and follow up on agreed actions • Track performance and continuously improve processes

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience using Euka specifically as an affiliate CRM / creator management platform • Hands-on experience managing or growing a community on Discord specifically • Ability to review creator videos and provide specific, actionable feedback • Self-starter mindset; able to identify and complete needed work independently • Ability to connect data and relationships rather than treating them as separate jobs • Ability to work hours aligned with early US Pacific Time, with some UK afternoon overlap • Nice to have: experience running affiliate contests, retainer programmes, or ambassador programmes
