âą Own the end-to-end recruiting process for clinical roles from intake meetings through signed offers across multiple geographic markets. âą Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, licensure and credentialing needs, and realistic timelines. âą Screen candidates for clinical qualifications and the hospitality and member experience orientation essential to success in these roles. âą Draft and extend offers and support a clean handoff to the onboarding team. âą Build and maintain active, warm candidate pipelines across all open markets. âą Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, clinical associations (AANP, AAPA, AMA), and niche provider communities. âą Help design and document the end-to-end clinical hiring process, including screening scorecards, interview structure, funnel benchmarks, and decision frameworks. âą Establish and track applicant-to-interview-to-hire ratios so the team can forecast pipeline needs against headcount targets. âą Maintain clean, up-to-date candidate records in the ATS at all times. âą Deliver organized candidate summaries and pipeline updates to hiring stakeholders on a regular cadence.
âą 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on clinical or healthcare provider roles, most importantly RN Hiring âą Demonstrated experience placing MDs, NPs, PAs, or other licensed providers âą Ability to screen for both clinical qualifications and soft skills such as hospitality, member experience orientation, and communication style âą Working knowledge of clinical credentialing, multi-state licensure, and compliance requirements âą Experience hiring across multiple geographic markets or regional hubs âą Proven ability to source passive clinical candidates through both traditional and creative outreach strategies âą Proficiency with at least one ATS (Lever, Greenhouse or equivalent) âą Strong written and verbal communication skills âą Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously âą Self-directed and effective in a fully remote environment
