📋 Description

• Own and execute high-impact projects improving operational efficiency, patient experience, and financial performance across company locations • Build and implement high-priority initiatives with finance, RCM, operations, product, trade relations, and other teams • Build business cases and financial models supporting strategic investments and priorities • Analyze business performance data to identify trends, surface insights, and guide decision-making • Design and optimize operational processes for efficiency and scalability • Lead ad hoc projects and support high-priority tasks, including capital raise, strategic partnerships, and M&A • Drive change, remove obstacles, and raise the bar across functions • Deliver cross-functional alignment and quantitative decision support

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of investment banking, management consulting, and / or business operations role • Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous projects with minimal oversight • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and an ownership mentality
