📋 Description

• Establish and build partnerships with pharmaceutical companies while driving TIME strategy and execution • Cultivate and grow TIME partnerships with life science companies using Tempus products to advance research and clinical programs • Lead client-specific TIME operations by developing operational plans, KPIs and deliverables • Provide operational and high-level scientific support for individual clients • Manage customer RFIs, legal reviews, questionnaires, scientific engagements, procurement reviews and KPI measurements • Manage day-to-day execution of a portfolio of studies and escalate high-risk issues • Partner with Business Development and internal teams to develop proposals and expand partnerships • Organize cross-functional working groups and lead joint steering committees • Coordinate engagement of Tempus subject matter experts across product areas • Manage partnership contracts and account financial execution • Identify issues, provide escalation support and recommend resolutions • Lead internal account health progress checks across business units, sites, trials and projects • Champion strategic partnership intent and expansion opportunities • Maintain and expand collaborations with pharmaceutical, CRO and technology partners • Oversee deliverables for pharma clients with focus on quality and timelines • Manage studies in the TIME network from start-up through closure • Directly manage TIME Operations managers supporting study start-up and patient matching across trials • Develop tactics, processes, tools, systems and strategies to accelerate cancer clinical trials • Identify study risks and resolve issues with internal and external partners • Travel occasionally as required by project • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 7+ years of experience working with complex clinical trials from a site, sponsor or CRO perspective • Understanding of FDA regulations, GCP, study start-up, clinical trial agreements, trial budgets, IRB submission and pharma operations • Collaborative team player who thrives in a high-growth, rapidly evolving business environment • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving skills • Proven track record of setting and achieving high personal performance standards • Highly organized and systematic, with superb attention to detail and task accuracy • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Proactive mindset capable of operationalizing implementable solutions and quickly solving stakeholder problems • Executive presence, business analysis and project management experience • Understanding of translational research, discovery and clinical development at pharmaceutical companies • Advanced understanding of oncology and clinical trial operations • Proven ability to navigate multifaceted client and internal teams • Exceptional account management and stakeholder problem-solving abilities • Preferred: experience with rapid site activation • Preferred: experience with research networks
