📋 Description

• Influence, manage, and own process management activities for Shopping, including PLA/PRA assessments, process and control creation and validation, and audit activities • Lead Shopping’s adherence to email governance, sanctions processes, external data sharing, and script governance • Lead risk assessments, solve problems to remediate issues, create efficiencies, and reduce risk • Document risks, results, and issues and work with internal partners on remediation plans • Partner with Shopping team leads and enterprise partners to ensure clear communication of project requirements • Serve as point of contact for risk and audit partners • Provide subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and meetings • Advise on risk, process, and data management requirements for new initiatives and Enterprise requests • Apply inquiry and analysis to make recommendations and decisions • Question the obvious, explore options, and develop alternatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience • At least 2 years of experience in Process management • At least 2 years of experience in Project management • At least 2 years of experience in Relationship management • Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position • Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business Management, Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Communications, Computer Science or Information Systems • Preferred: At least 5 years of experience in Process management • Preferred: At least 5 years of experience in Project management • Preferred: At least 5 years of experience in Relationship management
