📋 Description

• Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve productivity across the division • Support planning and execution of projects and strategic initiatives • Deliver training and guidance on operational processes and best practices • Develop and maintain efficient workflows supporting operational outcomes and informed decision-making • Enhance internal and partner training programs by refining procedures, tools and best practices • Conduct financial analysis and prepare regular reports • Manage and optimize order processing and fulfillment

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service or operations roles • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to lead meetings and deliver presentations • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Experience with Power BI • Experience with SAP/TCIC systems • Strong analytical skills to identify process gaps and drive improvements • Willingness to travel up to 20% as required • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship (H1B, OPT/CPT, TN etc.)
