📋 Description

• Lead client technical discovery covering environment, business objectives, technical challenges, initiatives, budget, timelines, and value opportunities • Uncover and qualify client opportunities across Data Center, Networking, Security, Cloud, and Professional Services • Maintain broad technical conversations and identify when to involve specialized Security, Networking, Cloud, Services, Automation, Observability, or Data Center SMEs • Orchestrate Myriad resources including AEs, SMEs, SEs, Services, PMO, and Partners • Coordinate the technical side of complex opportunities and remain engaged through client kickoff calls and weekly status meetings • Maintain continuity from discovery through architecture, proposal/SOW, and implementation handoff • Translate technical conversations into business outcomes such as risk reduction, resiliency, cost reduction, infrastructure modernization, operational efficiency, growth, security, and simplified management • Help Account Executives grow accounts by recognizing adjacent opportunities • Mentor others and elevate technical rigor and consultative skills across the organization • Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies • Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and contribute to remediation efforts • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and reside in Austin or Dallas Texas • Travel up to 40% may be required • 7–10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting • Demonstrated success in designing and selling comprehensive, multi-domain enterprise solutions • Advanced consultative discovery skills with a proven ability to guide client decision-making processes • Broad technical proficiency across at least two Myriad360 core practice areas • Capability to independently manage complex technical sales cycles • Relevant OEM certifications are highly preferred • Must complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies
