• Respond to customer inquiries via email, messenger, and phone • Handle questions regarding order and shipping status • Receive and process complaints • Assist with product-related issues and questions • Use and adapt existing response templates • Handle customer concerns independently and with a solution-oriented approach • Support the written and telephone customer service operations of a German online shop
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken • Previous customer support experience is an advantage • Customer-focused and friendly communication style • Reliable and well-organized approach to work • Familiarity with Shopify is preferred but not required • Available to work full-time
