📋 Description
• Respond to incoming customer emails in English regarding orders, products, and shipping • Conduct phone interviews with customers after order completion to understand their purchasing decisions • Clearly document every interaction • Collaborate on evaluating the interviews • Support a US market test to inform the decision about potential expansion into the US market
🎯 Requirements
• Perfect written and spoken English • Good German for coordination with the team • Experience conducting phone-based support, consultations, interviews, or research • Availability for fixed hours each week, with overlap with US business hours • Independent and reliable working style • Willingness to take on a fixed-term, six-week project
