📋 Description
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and ticketing system • Handle questions about orders, shipping, and products • Process returns, claims, and complaints • Provide solution-oriented support for customer issues • Independently handle and prioritize incoming tickets • Use and further develop existing response templates • Communicate via the Gorgias support system • Coordinate with the internal team via Slack
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent written and spoken German (at least C1 level) • Experience in customer service, ideally in e-commerce • Confident and friendly manner when communicating with customers • Independent, structured, and reliable working style • Patience and a strong understanding of different customer needs • Experience with Shopify and/or Gorgias is a plus, but not required • Proficiency with digital tools
