📋 Description

• Complete 22-28 client sessions per week (video teletherapy age 18+) • Conduct thorough intakes, biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic formulations, risk assessments, and treatment plans • Document progress notes and discharge summaries within required timeframes • Participate 3-4x/mo in 1:1 and group supervision • Engage in structured learning sessions, clinical workshops, and case presentations • Complete quarterly check-ins to discuss performance and career goals with supervisor • Join and engage during Quarterly Wellbee Forums, monthly professional development, and quarterly socials and community gatherings • Welcome new teammates and contribute to a strong sense of belonging across the team

🎯 Requirements

• An LMSW, MHC-LP, or LMFT-LP licensed in New York • Experienced in outpatient adult teletherapy • Growth-oriented, reflective, and responsive to feedback • Committed to culturally responsive, ethically grounded care • Looking for a team — not just a job
