Nadia Care is a membership-based maternal support service that provides community-centered, in-person and online care for people during pregnancy and after childbirth. They provide expert maternity coaching, coordinate a team to support feeding, nutrition, labor, and recovery, and connect members to local resources (housing, rides, other supports). Nadia Care works alongside a member's clinical providers to fill gaps in support and scale maternal care services through partnerships (noted as an ACAP Preferred Vendor).

📋 Description

• Make calls to potential members, identify their needs, and provide information about offered services • Answer questions about Nadia Care and the membership journey • Check whether potential members are eligible to enroll • Register members with the program and schedule their first appointment • Maintain databases and keep member information up to date • Collaborate across the team and company on feedback from potential and current members • Accurately explain Nadia Care’s services and community support to potential members • Report directly to the Phone Outreach Team Lead within the Marketing & Member Enrollment team

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Bilingual Spanish speaking required • Call center, sales, or community outreach experience • Outgoing personality and enthusiasm for bringing services to people who need them • Good listening skills and attention to detail • Comfortable with technology and digital platforms • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment • Demonstrated ability to take direction, learn quickly, and work independently • Ability to work 8:30am–5:30pm ET (7:30am–4:30pm CT) • Must reside in the contiguous United States; candidates residing in North Dakota, Alabama, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or outside the contiguous US cannot be hired
