📋 Description

• Communicate with companies to obtain condo project information, including questionnaires, insurance verification, budgets, and litigation details • Verify document requests are completed and returned within company turn times • Review and analyze project questionnaires, budgets, and insurance policies according to agency requirements • Obtain complete project packages and verify documentation is accurate and complete before project review • Identify potential issues during pre-review • Prepare project approval summaries for missing documentation for Loan Officer/Branch Manager review • Submit fully documented files to underwriters for approval or denial • Communicate directly with customers to obtain missing loan documentation • Complete project submission checklists • Manage the pipeline within allotted turn times • Document loan-application communications in the LOS • Assist closing, secondary, and servicing teams with documentation needed to clear outstanding suspense items • Perform other required duties • Work varying hours and overtime when needed

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 5 years’ residential mortgage processing experience • Excellent math and analytical skills • Excellent communication skills • Excellent prioritization and time management skills • Proficiency in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, and Windows • Primarily operate within Eastern or Central Time zone working hours • Available to work varying hours and overtime if needed
