📋 Description

• Answer calls from referral sources and secure referral orders by telephone, fax, and electronic means in a call center environment • Coordinate delivery of medical equipment and healthcare services • Contact patients, providers, and online tracking systems to confirm delivery and service completion • Conduct follow-up quality questions to ensure service and care standards are met • Document patient communication in an internal platform • Communicate with patients daily regarding equipment compliance via phone, email, and text • Obtain and send clinical documentation to equipment providers • Communicate patient status to supervisors, team members, and external parties • Collect and enter accurate patient information • Access and enter patient compliance data through multiple manufacturer platforms • Answer questions from patients, providers, and company staff • Identify and resolve service issues and complaints • Maintain current knowledge of company policies, procedures, and regulatory, contractual, and accreditation requirements • Provide after-hours on-call coverage when available • Follow confidentiality and HIPAA privacy and security guidelines • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish • High school diploma/GED desired • Equivalent professional experience preferred • Must comply with continuing education requirements • Customer-service focus • High degree of integrity and trust • Ability to multitask and prioritize • Strong time-management and organizational skills • Detail-oriented • Ability to work under pressure and punctuality • Flexibility and ability to adapt to change • Team player with excellent communication skills • Ability to work at a physical desk and move about the office/facility as needed • Ability to operate office machinery and equipment • Visual abilities including reading, distance vision, and peripheral vision • Ability to follow confidentiality and HIPAA privacy and security guidelines
