📋 Description

• Understand clients’ business use cases and technical requirements and convert them into technical designs • Map architectural decisions to requirements and translate them for developers • Identify alternative solutions and select the option that best meets client requirements • Define guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements during project implementation • Write and review design documents covering application architecture, frameworks, and high-level design • Review architecture and design for extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, and non-functional requirements • Develop and design overall solutions for functional and non-functional requirements • Define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize solutions • Understand technology integration scenarios and apply learnings to projects • Resolve code and review issues through systematic root-cause analysis and justify decisions • Conduct proofs of concept to validate proposed designs and technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Total experience of 8+ years • Deep understanding of LLMs and Transformer architectures, including GPTs, Llama, Claude, Gemini, Qwen, Mistral, and BERT-family models • Expert-level prompt engineering skills and proven experience implementing RAG patterns • High proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries including LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, LangSmith, Hugging Face Transformers, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch/TensorFlow • Strong experience with RAG architectures, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, distillation, and evaluation techniques • Strong experience using managed AI/ML services such as Azure Machine Learning Studio or AI Foundry • Strong understanding of vector databases such as Weaviate and Neo4j • Understanding of GenAI evaluation metrics including BLEU, ROUGE, perplexity, semantic similarity, and human evaluation • Ability to architect and implement scalable GenAI and Agentic AI solutions end-to-end • Ability to write high-quality, production-ready Python code with strong testing and maintainability practices • Ability to productionize AI systems on Azure or AWS • Ability to build and expose APIs using FastAPI and integrate databases through an ORM • Ability to scale GenAI solutions for enterprise workloads • Proven production experience with GenAI deployments on Azure or AWS • Strong experience scaling AI solutions in live environments • Very strong Python programming skills with a track record of clean, efficient, and maintainable code • Successfully delivered at least one production GenAI/Agentic AI solution • Proficiency with FastAPI and at least one ORM, such as SQLAlchemy or Tortoise ORM • Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) • Contributions to open-source GenAI projects • Experience with React or another JavaScript framework is good to have • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
