📋 Description

• Partner with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Online, Store Ops, HR, Legal/Risk, and other business verticals to turn ambiguous processes into production-ready, governed AI agents • Educate business verticals on Gemini Enterprise, Google ADK, Skills, Agent Designer, MCP servers, Canvas, and Agent Gateway/Registry • Grow Gemini Enterprise adoption and promote reuse through a marketplace of agents, Skills, and tools • Elicit workflow requirements, define negative scope, and establish acceptance criteria • Build and deploy multi-step agents and conversational assistants in Python, FastAPI, Google ADK, and Gemini Enterprise • Implement Human-in-the-Loop confirmation gates for write actions • Build resilient MCP servers and REST integrations with enterprise systems including Jira, Confluence, SharePoint/M365, Slack, ServiceNow, and Salesforce • Apply OAuth/IAM boundaries, idempotency, retries, and high-availability patterns • Publish reusable integrations and agents in the enterprise marketplace • Build workflow-level golden datasets, agent evaluations, and automated regression suites • Create reusable templates, Skills, and packaging standards • Review submitted agent code, Skills, and prompt implementations for engineering, security, and Responsible AI compliance • Curate a discoverable, documented, and trusted marketplace • Author runbooks and enablement materials and transfer operations to vertical owners • Convert recurring business needs into backlog items for the APEX platform • Run technical workshops and office hours, review low-code agents, maintain documentation, and improve adoption • Collaborate with UX, engineering, and product management to create secure, reliable, scalable machine learning solutions • Automate infrastructure, monitoring, and test cases; perform destructive testing • Create dashboards, logging, alerting, and proactive issue responses • Provide production application support and monitor service-level objectives, performance, and capacity

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Minimum education: high school diploma and/or GED • Minimum 2 years of work experience • Experience shipping/operating production Python services (FastAPI, async microservices, REST) • Experience with multi-step agent orchestration and LLM APIs • Systematic prompt engineering, structured outputs, context optimization, and evaluation • Enterprise SaaS and MCP integration with OAuth2, SSO, service accounts, delegated user, and RBAC • RAG, knowledge ingestion, and search • Agent evaluation harnesses, golden datasets, and high-availability/defensive coding practices • GCP, analytical SQL, CI/CD, and observability • Forward-deployed execution and cross-functional collaboration • Experience working with nontechnical stakeholders and presenting technical tradeoffs to executives • Security and Responsible AI fundamentals, including PII handling, HITL approvals, audit trails, and least-privilege access • Direct hands-on experience with Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI Search/Data Stores, Google ADK, and MCP/FastMCP • Prior Forward Deployed, Solutions, or Embedded Platform Engineer experience • HITL approval workflows, write-action safety controls, and immutable audit trails • Responsible AI and safety guardrails in production • A/B testing, graph/connected knowledge systems, Terraform/HCL, Docker/GKE, and TypeScript/React/JS • Retail, eCommerce, supply chain, store ops, or finance domain background
