📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud solution architecture and delivery for enterprise healthcare implementations • Own the Health Cloud technical strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with HIPAA/PHI requirements • Translate client business use cases and technical requirements into technical designs • Map architectural decisions to requirements and communicate them to developers • Identify and evaluate solution options and select the best fit for client requirements • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, architects, users, and senior leadership • Review and approve high-level and low-level technical designs • Ensure Salesforce best practices, governor-limit optimization, performance tuning, security, and code quality • Guide teams on Salesforce security, data access, sharing rules, consent management, and compliance • Bridge business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams • Collaborate with Salesforce architects and developers on scalable solutions • Validate solution feasibility against Salesforce capabilities and project constraints • Prepare and maintain process flows, business process models, functional diagrams, and documentation • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Support user adoption through training materials, user guides, and release notes • Analyze existing Salesforce implementations and recommend process improvements and optimization opportunities • Define NFR guidelines and benchmarks • Write and review architecture and design documents • Review architecture for extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, and NFRs • Define technologies, patterns, and frameworks for functional and non-functional requirements • Resolve code and design review issues through systematic root-cause analysis • Conduct proofs of concept to validate proposed designs and technologies • Mentor team members and uphold high delivery standards • Participate in roadmap planning, release strategy, and long-term platform evolution

🎯 Requirements

• 7.5+ years of total experience • Ability to lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud solution architecture and delivery for large enterprise healthcare implementations • Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud features, including Patient/Member Profiles, Care Plans, Care Programs, Care Teams, Health Timelines, Assessments, Care Gaps, and Utilization Management • Experience translating complex healthcare business requirements into scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions • Experience with Salesforce core, Health Cloud extensions, integrations, data models, and automation • Hands-on leadership experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs • Experience defining integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, FHIR, and HL7 • Strong understanding of EHR/EMR integrations, payer/provider workflows, and patient/member lifecycle management • Experience leading requirements, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support • Experience providing technical governance, conducting design/code reviews, and managing architectural risks and technical debt • Experience leading and mentoring multi-shore Salesforce teams, including developers, admins, QA, and offshore delivery teams • Hands-on experience with Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins • Experience collaborating with program managers on scope, timelines, risks, and delivery commitments • Experience driving innovation, PoCs, Salesforce Health Cloud feature adoption, and platform enhancements • Experience with roadmap planning, release strategy, and long-term platform evolution • Strong experience working in Agile/Scaled Agile environments, including sprint planning and release management • Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
