📋 Description

• Lead the design, evolution, and governance of end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business and customer needs. • Collaborate with System Architects and engineering teams to define architecture roadmaps and ensure technical feasibility. • Support Solution Trains and Agile Release Trains (ARTs), contributing to Program Increment planning and architecture alignment. • Develop and maintain the Architectural Runway, enabling faster and more predictable delivery. • Drive architecture decisions across cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, data platforms, and enterprise systems. • Promote best practices in data governance, data quality, security, and compliance within solution designs. • Support the creation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering practices. • Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and delivery teams. • Ensure consistency of technology approaches across teams, programs, and suppliers. • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance business value and operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or a similar senior role. • Strong experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences or other highly regulated environments. • Proven experience with SAFe / Agile at scale. • Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, APIs, integration, data platforms, CI/CD, and enterprise architecture principles. • Understanding of data governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences. • Experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
