📋 Description

• Deliver on the vision and roadmap for the HR Data Governance Strategy • Develop and implement Data Quality processes to support proactive resolution of issues • Evolve the current Data Quality implementation using AI and emerging technologies, including AI-driven Data Quality issue detection • Enable engagement with Senior Leadership through regular reporting and dashboards on priority Data Quality issues • Take ownership of priority requirements from a Data Quality or Data Domain perspective, working with the Data Governance Director • Support metadata management, including definitions, data lineage, data classification, and maintaining HR items in the data catalogue • Support Data Access controls implemented for Global Data Products • Understand data opportunities from customers, users, and business leads, especially BI&A, HR, and Finance stakeholders • Support sustainable delivery of customer value on the Data Governance roadmap • Deliver Data Governance priority areas and cohesive action plans • Track and report aligned KPIs and key results, developing metrics to measure maturity and Data Quality • Prioritise data opportunities and communicate with stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery • Identify and escalate risks, mitigation plans, and key decisions to relevant stakeholders • Identify gaps and opportunities within HR data and implement controls to identify data issues before impact • Harmonise definitions and data flows across functions and geographies and identify global issues with critical data attributes • Support Metadata Management, Data Lineage, Master Data Management, Data Quality, Data Architecture, and Data Product development priorities • Develop analytics, frameworks, and KPIs for Data Quality Issue management, Data Security, Data Profiling, and Data Governance maturity • Ensure adherence to data policies, standards, and guidelines and maintain Data Governance artefacts such as the Data Catalog, classification, and data quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Total experience: 6+ years • Minimum 3 years of experience working in data-related or project roles, such as Data Management, Data Governance, CDO Office, or BI & Analytics team • Prior experience working with HR data is preferred but not mandatory • Knowledge of data quality tools, databases, data warehousing, and data analysis techniques • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with SQL, Snowflake, and data visualization such as Tableau • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify data quality issues and develop effective solutions • Passion and interest in solving business-oriented data challenges end-to-end, with precision and attention to detail • Understanding of Data Governance industry best practices, such as DAMA’s DMBoK, CDMP, and EDM Council’s DCAM, is useful • Hands-on experience using Data Governance tools such as Data Catalogs and Data Quality Tools • Solid understanding of HR constructs and domains, data technologies such as Snowflake, and core transactional systems such as Workday, iCIMS, eightfold.ai, Oracle, and SAP will be beneficial • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
