• Supervise and coordinate all electrical construction projects • Oversee day-to-day project activities and coordinate with company leadership and line-level personnel • Supervise construction activities at various job sites • Organize sites and maintain accountability for project deadlines • Manage overall project scope and work crews • Report on employee performance, working conditions, and productivity • Ensure safety equipment is available and maintain safe job-site conditions • Monitor compliance with federal safety mandates and company safety regulations • Verify workers use safety gear and inspect sites to identify and correct hazards • Maintain the quality of work produced by employees • Perform supervised workers’ activities as needed • Provide estimating support for smaller maintenance projects • Perform other duties pertinent to departmental or unit success
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent, or ten (10) years directly related Electrical Superintendent experience will be considered • Minimum five (5) years of directly related Electrical Superintendent experience in the construction industry required • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite • Must bring own tools to the project site; a tool list will be provided at hire • Must work on own tools and be willing to perform related labor and electrical duties alongside the crew • Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years preferred for eligibility under the company vehicle insurance policy • Valid identification required for travel through TSA security checkpoints • Steel-toed boots required on the job • Ability to carry up to 25 pounds frequently and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally • Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, and hear frequently • Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and taste or smell occasionally • Close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision, and ability to adjust focus • Ability to work in outdoor conditions, extreme cold and heat, and near moving mechanical parts • Ability to work around wet or humid conditions, high places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, electrical shock, radiation, vibration, and moderate noise
